SLED Charges Three People in Allendale County Following Dispute

The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) charged the following individuals on Friday, October 30, 2026:

Rodney Cornelius Manuel, 52, was charged with Assault & Battery – 3rd Degree.

Tramaine Laconia Cohen, 49, was charged with Domestic Violence – 3rd Degree.

Thomas Lee Cohen III, 47, was charged with Attempted Arson and Assault & Battery – 3rd Degree.

The Allendale County Sheriff’s Office requested the SLED investigation.

Details can be found in the attached warrants.

All three were booked into the Allendale County Detention Center.

The case will be prosecuted by the 14th Circuit Solicitor’s Office
